The last past week has been filled with lots of activity on my part. It seems that I’m always busy with something. This weekend was uneventful, though. My son caught a stomach bug so that was a pretty interesting event, I guess? It was actually pretty terrible considering he’s 4 years old and hasn’t any control over his bowels. Cleaning up was my thing for the weekend. 
I plan on doing more things with this layout as soon as I can but I just have to find the time to. Dolciastro.com will be expiring very soon. As much as I loved that site, due to my busy life, I had to let it go. I enjoy blogging here again. Change is something that I’m not very used to so I do things then I go back to what I was doing before. Actually, this website and it’s name pretty much sums up my life. One thing I have yet to do is video blog but maybe I will do one this week. We’ll see how that turns out!
This world is so disappointing. With everything happening overseas, you would think that people would just be a little more responsible and caring for themselves and others, but that isn’t the case. Isn’t it enough that we have idiots who are trying to do bad things to this country? Yet, we have idiots here who hurt people and do dumb shit everyday. It’s so damn sad that people have no regard for other people. Earth is our home yet people treat it like garbage. A lot of people even have the nerve to ask why God allows bad things to happen. God gave us free will to distinguish between what’s right and what’s wrong. Why the hell should He give us anything more if we can’t even take care of the things that we already have? Why should he give us good things if all we’re going to do is take it for granted? That’s like if you saw a homeless man on the street and gave him $5, yet he spends the money on drugs. Are you going to give him more money? It’s strange to me that people never seem to see the bigger picture. Everyone’s too busy being self-absorbed and stupid to realize anything beyond their greed and selfishness. This world will never be a better place with all of the morons running around messing shit up for everybody else.
Poor baby, I hope he’s better now. I totally agree with what you’re saying. If people would stop and think of something else besides themselves this world would be a better place. People fail to realize the little things we do positive or negative have an outcome on the outside world as well as there own world. Maybe one day we’ll all get it.
I sooo agree on the other part of your blog. I keep telling people the same thing, but instead I get yelled at or thrown a lot of bad words at. I can’t understand why only some see the problem. Everyone prefers to not care and once the topic is brought – just bitch about it. They have no idea they make morons out of themselves this way. Eh… that’s sad this world is going worse with years, and so the people.
I’m sorry to hear about your son’s health problem. I guess it’s nothing nice to clean up and so, when it comes to children… that’s what terrifies me, haha!
Awwhh I sorry that your son got sick over the weekend. The weather has been a little crazy….especially all of the rain that we had last week. I love this layout and your domain name, it’s simple yet cute. I don’t even know if I like my domain name anymore, I’m thinking about changing it but I guess all of that will come with time.
This country is really sad to me. I think that people are too stuck on themselves instead of showing love to others and worry about something other than themselves and the situation with homeless people is sad. I can remember being younger and my mom telling me never to give them money because they will buy drugs and what not. I think it’s a shame that we can’t even be giving to a homeless person with out them having enough since to buy food instead of intoxicating their bodies.. smhh
I agree with you 100%. Great post. If you can’t prosper where you’ve been planted, and handle what you’ve got, you certainly will be jacked up if you get more. Say it AGAIN!!!

I know what that was at the end. It was an angry rant. I feel like that a lot! I just wanna scream at the status of the world. Why are a lot of people evil and hostile for no reason!

I couldn’t agree with you more. The love and the compassion for our fellow being no longer exists within society. It’s unfortunate that this realization has been made. Yet, it is the pure truth. I’ve known some people who assumed God was purposely punishing them for wrongs that they’ve committed. It’s sad that some people don’t realize or want to realize that God does not punish us. He tests us to bring us closer to Him. He wants us to realize that we need Him more than we think.
I found myself thinking the same thing the other day. People in general take way too much for granted. I helps me out a lot to believe in Karma and the whole “what goes around comes around” aspect of things. Not turning into one of those idiots helps me sleep better at night.
